Long ago, I was a legal secretary, and I remember what felt like the idiocy of charging for the little things (though those photocopy charges can really build up)...we&#039;ve all gotten used to the add-on charges and the broken out fees, and I know I&#039;ve come to be suspicious now when there&#039;s a &quot;flat&quot; rate.  I always think I can win if I control the little costs myself.  But it doesn&#039;t work that way.  Very interesting little issue.  Sincerely, Rori Raye</description>
